Red Rake

2018

99.64%
Minimum / Maximum Bet:
₹20/₹5,000
Bonus Features:
Surrender, Double, Split, Hit, Stand, Rebet, Rebet and Deal, Insurance Bet, Multi-hand Play
Surrender – The biggest addition in Blackjack Atlantic City is the ability to surrender on any hand in play. This option is presented as soon as a hand is dealt and cannot be used if you decide to hit, stand, double or split. When you surrender a hand, you get half your wager back and forfeit any potential winnings that could come from it.
Double – Double your bet on a hand before adding another card to it. You cannot surrender or hit with additional cards if you choose to double. Whereas other versions of blackjack limit the use of double to specific card values, Blackjack Atlantic City lets you double all card combinations.
Split – Whenever you land identical cards on the first draw, you’re given the option of splitting the hand. This gives you two hands instead of one, opening the door for even more wins to come your way. But the newly split hand will also cost you, so you will be putting more funds on the line.
Hit – Adds another card to your hand. If you go over a combined value of 21, you bust out of the game.
Stand – Keep the hand you have without adding any more cards to it.
Rebet – Add the same wagers you had from the previous round to the table.
Rebet and Deal – Add the same wagers you had from the previous round and jump straight into the next one.
Insurance Bet – Whenever a dealer has an ace or a card that can potentially lead to a blackjack, you’re given the option to pay for an insurance bet on each hand in play. This pays 2:1 if the dealer does have a blackjack after all.
Multi-hand Play – You can have up to four hands in play and these can easily be activated by placing a wager on their respective tab. The hands can also be split, giving you even more chances to land winning rounds.
For us, the inclusion of a surrender feature and the added freedom with the double function made a huge difference. It changed the way we approached our hands, even if this came with quite a steep learning curve.
It may seem like a minor tweak, but Red Rake’s Blackjack Atlantic City proved to be very different to other versions of the game, forcing us to come up with new tactics to beat the dealer. Our biggest win came when we split and doubled two hands, which gave us a whopping ₹1,200,000 win.
If you’re up for a brilliant twist on the classic online blackjack formula with fantastic win potential, then you’ll want to give Blackjack Atlantic City a go.
Double Blackjack Exposure – Another Red Rake game, Blackjack Double Exposure brings a completely different twist into the mix. This variation comes with up to two hands in play, as well as the usual split, double down and rebet functions. But the best thing about it is the fact that you immediately get to see what the dealer’s hand looks like. We weren’t as successful here, but still scored a big ₹80,000 win.
Blackjack European – If you’re hoping for a more traditional blackjack experience, then you’ll want to try out Red Rake’s Blackjack European. You can use the standard hit, stand, double, split and insurance bet functions and can have up to four hands in play. We hit a big win of ₹1,000,000 playing here.
