Multi-Hand Play, Double, Split, Stand, Hit
Multi-hand – At the start of each round, you can place bets on one or two hands. While you can decide to stick to one hand, we always found it better to have both activated, as it gave us better chances of beating the dealer and bagging a winning prize.
Stand – If you’re happy with the initial hand you’re dealt, simply hit the stand button to stick to your cards. Whereas in other variations this is a bit of a guessing game, the fact that you can see the dealer’s hand immediately in Blackjack Double Exposure means it’s easier to decide when the right time to hit a stand is.
Hit – If you’re not quite happy with your hand, you can press hit to add another card. Careful though, as you can easily go over the 21 threshold and lose. You can also check the dealer’s hand to see if you need to hit to beat their score.
Double – Whenever you get a hand value of nine, ten or eleven without an ace, the game allows you to double down. This adds one more card to your hand and doubles its wager. The risk here is that only one card can be added, so if you still end up with a low combined value, you won’t be able to press hit and add more cards.
Split – You can split a hand whenever it features identical cards. Now you get two hands, which cost more but can lead to better rewards. The split hands work in the same way as regular hands although they cannot be doubled down or split further. Our biggest win came when we split both hands and won on all of them with two blackjacks. It gave us a whopping ₹80,000 win.
By allowing you to see the dealer’s cards, Blackjack Double Exposure adds a whole new layer of strategy. We found ourselves making decisions based on what the dealer’s hand showed, both in hitting and standing. We also came up with this strategy where we make sure at least one hand is above the dealers to lure them into hitting and possibly busting out of the game.
With easy functions, satisfying win potential and a great gameplay twist, Blackjack Double Exposure is the kind of accessible game we can recommend to everyone.
European Blackjack – Want to add even more hands into the mix? Check out Relax Gaming’s European Blackjack, where you get the chance to use three multi-hand play, double-down, and a splitting function. The win potential is expanded here thanks to the maximum win of 6,000x, which gave us a big win of ₹3,000,000.
Blackjack Switch – Red Rake throws in another fantastic gameplay twist in Blackjack Switch. Here you can switch the second card of your two hands. It makes for some interesting gameplay and we managed a win of ₹1,000,000.
