Deal – Hitting the deal button for the first time gives you your first hand, made up of five random cards. If you press it a second time, it draws new cards for the positions that hadn’t been held in the previous round.
Hold – After the first set of cards is drawn, you can hold the cards you want to keep for the second round. This can be done by simply clicking on the cards themselves. Clicking on them again will release them.
Double – After every winning round, you’re given the chance to collect or double your win. You’re presented with a mini-game that you must win to double your prize. Pick one of four face-down cards and hope that it’s higher than the card that’s already showing. If you’re successful, the win is doubled, if not you lose it all. There is no limit to the number of times you do this on a single win, so you can push it way above the 800x maximum win cap.
Bonus Poker Deluxe is a difficult game to recommend. To begin with, the game looks and feels dated. The features are very minimal, and not in a good way. The hold feature in particular is missing an auto-hold function, which is incredibly basic in online poker versions like this. To make matters worse, the game is a visual mess, featuring a backdrop that looks like it’s been designed on Microsoft Paint and cards that look very bland.
But the most bizarre and broken thing about the game is the double feature itself. Whenever you pick a card in the mini-game, you get to see what the other three are too.
The good part about the game? The win potential! You can score 800x your stake if you hit a Royal Flush and this can be pushed further through the double feature. It led us to our biggest win, which came through a four-of-a-kind that we managed to double three times in a row to take home ₹640,000.
Triple Bonus Poker (Red Rake) This game is a much better option than Bonus Poker Deluxe. It triples your rewards on all four-of-a-kind wins and comes with an auto-hold feature, multi-hand play and gamble feature where you can double or quadruple your wins. The maximum win cap is even higher, at 120,000x your stake and we managed to land a huge ₹720,000 win.
777 Poker (Pascal Gaming) This is one of our favourite online Poker games. It comes with a fantastic set of features including a similar (but better) uncapped gamble feature with which you can grow your win to unprecedented highs. If you want to hit the biggest payout possible, you’ll need to get a royal flush on your hand which pays out 777x your stake. We didn’t manage that, but still scored a massive win of ₹2,000,000.
