The high win potential European Roulette brings to the table is matched with a great selection of bonus features.
We weren’t impressed by the visuals here but the features are implemented very intuitively, with plenty of clear shortcuts to access the game’s many functions. The devil, as they say, is in the detail and neat touches like special wager pre-sets and the ability to instantly see the percentage drop rate for every number on the table make a difference.
Undo – A click on the undo button will remove the last wager you placed on the table. This includes pre-sets and side bets, where all the associated chips are removed in one go. Unfortunately, we ended up having to spam this button whenever we wanted to clear the reels since the game doesn’t have a clear-all function.
Re-bet – You can hit the re-bet button to replicate the wagers you had placed on the previous round. We pretty much used this function throughout our playthrough, and it saved us plenty of time in the process. The re-bet button turns into a double function after it has been used once, doubling all of the wagers across the table. They’re basic enough functions but made our lives much easier.
Neighbour Bets – More advanced players who want to try their hands at additional wagers, can turn to the neighbour bets bar on top of the main table. These include Zero Game, Big Series, Orphans and Serie 5/8 bets. They can be set simply by clicking on their respective button, and any additional clicks will double the bets. Neighbour bets are generally reserved for the racetrack view, but we enjoyed having the opportunity to use them in the traditional table view. Although we never relied solely on them, they helped boost our winnings along the way.
Special Bets – Accessed through a handy Presents button, eight special bets can be placed in European Roulette. These include Finali, Prison Bets, Red Split, Black Split, Red Snake, Magic Ring, Hot Numbers and Cold Numbers. These advanced strategies are great for veteran players, who can set more complex wagers with the click of a button. The hot and cold bets were particularly useful for us, helping us improve our wagers based on the game’s history.
Racetrack – The racetrack view completely replaces the traditional table when activated. It also changes all betting options, allowing you to either place chips directly or use pre-set wager groups that include Left Red, Left Black, Right Red, and Right Black. You can also set generic neighbour bets up to +4. Although we were more successful with the bets we got from the traditional view, we still managed wins of even ₹5,000 from the racetrack.
Statistics Board – The statistics show you your betting history and keep a record of all the numbers that hit frequently and those that didn’t. It’s a great way to follow your progress and adapt accordingly. Apart from viewing the statistics in full on their respective table, you can even turn on a percentage indicator on the traditional view, which shows the hit rate on every number. Although the information is incredibly helpful, the statistics board itself isn’t as intuitive as we’d like it to be, which can be an issue for beginners who are still getting to grips with the game.
Reevo has packed European Roulette with all kinds of features and although we never quite hit the maximum 35x win, we still managed a high payout of ₹25,000 on a single round. Sure, the game’s visuals aren’t that great, and the statistics board could be better, but we’d highly recommend European Roulette to experienced players looking for advanced features and high potential.
NetEnt’s Roulette Advanced offers a lot of similarities to Reevo’s European Roulette, even if this version comes with a much more limited maximum bet of ₹50,000. But despite this, we enjoyed the expert features that have been included, particularly the game’s detailed statistics billboard and the inclusion of 35 side bet options.
When it comes to advanced features, few roulette games compare to Real Deal Studios’ Turbo Roulette Multifire. Its fantastic visuals bring a never-ending list of features to like, including a statistics board, random bet mechanic, racetrack view, special bets and win multipliers which boost your winning by up to 500x. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown here is the limited maximum bet of ₹12,500.
